- Develop several tracks to be offered in various forums by your resources or ours

Educating Healthcare Process
- Form a team/workgroup comprised of HealthTransactions members and customer members
- Gather course content and materials to be used as curriculum
- Custom HIPAA-Success Customer Service training that covers the majority of the basic modules/areas of HIPAA
- We teach you how to Communicate, Communicate, Communicate
- Provide internal Train the Trainer program to identified HIPAA-Success Customer Service potential trainers to establish a pool of resources across HealthTransactions and the consortium
- Create marketing materials and coordinate sales efforts and marketing campaigns, generate awareness throughout industry with webcasts and speaking engagements
- Develop remaining tracks and conduct monthly classes for each track regionally
